1. Data Controller Identification
AIGILITY RS (accessible via useaigility.com) acts as the data controller for the information processed through our platform. For any privacy inquiries, please contact us directly at support@useaigility.com.
2. TikTok API Integration and Data Collection
Through the official TikTok Login Kit (OAuth 2.0), AIGILITY RS requests access to limited user data under the following authorized scopes:
- user.info.basic: Used exclusively to retrieve and display the connected creator's nickname and avatar within our post composer dashboard, helping you verify which account is currently active.
- user.info.profile: Used exclusively to retrieve the creator's unique TikTok username (@handle), displayed cosmetically in the post composer dashboard so you can confirm exactly which account you are posting from.
- video.publish: Used to publish vertical marketing videos that you explicitly create, review, and authorize to your personal or business TikTok profile.
We do not request, access, or collect other scopes, passwords, or personal credentials.
3. Data Storage and Cryptographic Security
All authorized tokens (access tokens and refresh tokens) and related metadata are securely stored in an encrypted database vault. Sensitive integration credentials are encrypted at rest and in transit using TLS/HTTPS protocols. Our internal logs do not expose sensitive security tokens.
4. Data Retention, Revocation, and Deletion
Access tokens are stored only as long as necessary to facilitate publishing services. Users can disconnect their TikTok account and revoke access at any time. Disconnecting the integration or deleting your AIGILITY RS profile triggers an immediate, permanent, and irreversible deletion of all related access tokens and connected TikTok meta-information from our database.
5. Third-Party Data Processing
AIGILITY RS does not sell or share your connected TikTok credentials with any unauthorized third parties. All media rendering pipelines are operated inside highly secure, encrypted cloud environments.
